Walking round the fields today I have observed a very heavy crop of daffodils for this year, due mostly to the hot summer last year, and of course the amount of rain throughout the winter which will prolong the flowering season.
Should be on target this year with lots and lots of fine flowers!
Visited the farm yesterday with Marple Bridge and Mellor U3A it was brilliant and the tour with Len was very entertaining.
Thank you very much all the volunteers – I intend to visit again next year.
Thank you for a wonderful afternoon we did enjoy our walk through your daffodil fields and woodland especially with Ian explaining so much that we didn’t know about the flower.
Lovely cup of tea and cake at the end what more could you want!
In our diary for next year already. My flowers are in the vase beside me.
Thank you.
